The Citizen Space results from a partnership formalized through a protocol with the Agency for Administrative Modernization-IP (AMA). It aims to provide citizens and businesses with assisted and specialized digital access to certain services.
These spaces are a valuable resource for residents and for the development of the municipality, due to their impact on reducing bureaucracy and saving valuable time.
The Citizen Spaces project ensures assisted digital service, aiming to pedagogically empower citizens to interact digitally with Public Administration.
The services provided include handling matters related to the Institute of Mobility and Transport, I.P. (driver’s license), shared services of the Ministry of Health (appointment scheduling and cancellations, health card, surgery waiting lists, health expense reimbursements, among others), submission of applications to the Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation, I.P. (Porta 65), various services related to the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs (information, complaints, support for indebted consumers), ADSE, the General Pension Fund, the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training, among many others.
