Cávado + Equal Project

The “Cávado + Igual” Project is promoted by the Cávado Intermunicipal Community and has as partners the six associated municipalities – the municipalities of Amares, Braga, Barcelos, Esposende, Vila Verde, and Terras de Bouro, CIES-IUL (scientific entity), and KUN (international partner).

The project’s underlying purposes focus on assuming a municipal and sub-regional commitment to promoting equality and work-life balance, creating a benchmark that presents the levels of equality in the actions of municipalities and CIMs, and adopting measures to promote healthier, more egalitarian, and conciliatory work environments.
