Constitution of surface rights

Constitution of the surface right in favor of Sociedade Domingos da Silva Teixeira, S.A., NIPC 501 489 126, for a period of 50 years, over the following lots of the Gême Industrial Park:

Lot D1 (registered in the urban land registry under article 343, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 00430/010905)

Lot D2 (registered in the urban land registry under article 344, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 00431/010905)

Lot D3 (registered in the urban land registry under article 345, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 00432/010905)

Lot D4 (registered in the urban land registry under article 346, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 00433/010905)

Lot D5 (registered in the urban land registry under article 347, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 00434/010905)

Deed No. 14/2007, dated 18/09/2007, rectified by Deed No. 2/2009 – Constitution of the Surface Right for the Design, Construction, and Operation of two Public Underground Parking Lots for Vehicles, and Granting the Concession for the Operation of Paid Parking Spaces on Public Roads in Vila Verde, in favor of the company Arlindo Correia & Filhos, S.A., NIPC 501 551 832, for a period of 50 years, with the concession duration for operation set at 20 years, concerning an urban property – a plot of land for construction – located in the parish of Vila Verde and Barbudo, in this municipality, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 1446/20070309 – Vila Verde and with registration in its favor under letter G-AP 7 of 2007/03/09, registered in the respective land registry under article 2297, whose parking operation concession was transferred on 12/05/2008 to the company SOCIPARQUE – Gestão de Parques de Estacionamento, S.A., NIPC 508 161 312.

Deed No. 17/2007, dated 17/10/2007 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of Clube Náutico de Prado, NIPC 501 385 886, for a period of 25 years, over an urban property consisting of a ground floor and yard, located in Faial, Avenida do Cávado, in the town of Prado, in this municipality, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 473/20070822, and registered in the respective land registry under article 2345.

Preliminary Agreement of 30/04/2009 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of Associação Casa do Povo da Portela do Vade, NIPC 500 950 601, for a period of 50 years, over a parcel of land to be detached from the rural property described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 118/19920313, and registered in the respective land registry under article 8.

Preliminary Agreement of 30/04/2009 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Vila Verde, NIPC 500 848 750, for a period of 50 years, over a parcel of land from the rural property named O Passal, located in the place of Urzal, in the parish of Valbom (São Pedro), municipality of Vila Verde, registered in the respective land registry under article 533.

Preliminary Agreement of 18/06/2013 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of Associação Centro Social do Vale do Homem, NIPC 507 533 208, for a period of 25 years, over a rural property located in Lugar do Senho, in the parish of Lanhas, in this municipality, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 339 and registered in the respective land registry under article 101.

Deed of 31/07/2015 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of the company Fermetum – Engenharia das Fermentações, Lda, NIPC 509 778 860, for a period of 25 years, over the autonomous fractions designated by the letters A and B, ground floor, which are part of the urban property, under the horizontal property regime, consisting of a ground floor and first floor, with a yard, located in the place of Ribeiro, in the parish of Vila Verde and Barbudo, in the municipality of Vila Verde, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 1704/20130510, from the former parish of Barbudo, and registered in the land registry under article 2,312.

Deed of 14/10/2016 – Constitution of the Surface Right in favor of Pedro Jorge Peixoto Lago e Sousa, NIF 207 743 312, and Maria Cristina Veloso Pimenta, NIF 208 735 003, for a period of 25 years, over the autonomous fraction designated by Letter C, ground floor of the urban property, under the horizontal property regime, consisting of a building with a ground floor and first floor, with a yard, located in the place of Ribeiro, in the parish of Vila Verde and Barbudo, in this municipality, described in the Vila Verde Land Registry under number 1704/20130510, from the former parish of Barbudo, and registered in the respective land registry under article 2,312.
