One-Stop Service Desk

The One-Stop Service Desk (BUA) of the Municipality of Vila Verde brings together access to all service points in a single location. The goal is to ensure a quality service, capable of responding quickly, easily, and efficiently to the needs of all citizens, economic agents, and institutions.

This Desk is organized through a queue management system that guarantees better service efficiency, as well as the possibility of providing priority service, as established by law.

Hours:

8:30 AM – 4:30 PM* (including lunchtime)

*The possibility of closing ticket distribution due to a high number of people waiting is reserved.

* All urbanization and building formalities are submitted exclusively through online services, in order to facilitate and improve communication, speed, and transparency of procedures. It is only possible to submit, via BUA and LM, Notice of commencement of works, which are exempt from prior control.
