When it is convenient for the public interest. Mobility must always be justified and takes the forms of mobility within the same category and inter-career mobility, within the same body or between two bodies.
Mobility is advertised by posting on the Vila Verde City Hall website.
Existence of a vacant position in the Staff Chart and an agreement verified between the Vila Verde City Hall, the originating service, and the employee.
Consolidation between different bodies is carried out by decision of the highest-ranking officer of the receiving service, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
a) With the agreement of the worker’s originating body or service, when required for the establishment of the mobility situation;
b) When the mobility has lasted at least six months or the duration of the probationary period required for the category, if this is longer;
c) With the worker’s agreement, when this has been required for the establishment of the mobility situation or when it involves a change from the original activity;
d) When the position is previously provided for in the staff chart. Consolidation of mobility is neither preceded nor followed by a probationary period. In the consolidation of mobility, the salary positioning remains as held in the original legal-functional situation.
Consolidation can only occur in the form of mobility within the same category.
