All fields are mandatory and the responsibility of the Resident/Consumer.

Your data will be used by the Municipality of Vila Verde for the management of water services and will be retained for the legally required period.

The Telephone Contact field is intended for direct contact with the Resident/Consumer; therefore, we request a mobile phone number if possible.
The Consumer Number, Area, and Order fields must be completed according to the information provided on the receipt. Readings must be reported by this means before the last 5 business days of the current month; otherwise, they will be considered for the following month.
