Citizen Shop

The Citizen Shop is a place that functions as a One-Stop Service Desk (BUA) and provides, to citizens, economic agents, and institutions, in a decentralized manner, all municipal services. Within the municipality, these Shops are located in the Citizen Spaces and result from partnerships between the Municipality of Vila Verde and several Parish Councils (Parish of Vila de Prado, Union of Parishes of Pico de Regalados, Gondiães and Mós, Union of Parishes of Ribeira do Neiva, Union of Parishes of Vade, Union of Parishes of Valbom S. Pedro, Paçô and Valbom S. Martinho), with the aim of ensuring a proximity service and simplifying access to the services provided by the Municipality.

The Citizen Shops follow the same opening hours as the Citizen Spaces where they are located.
