To make a booking
Please contact us by phone at +351 968 514 917 or by email at casadoconhecimento@cm-vilaverde.pt.

To cancel a booking
If you wish to cancel a booking, we kindly ask that you notify us by phone or email at least one week before the visit. This will allow us to accommodate another group in our visit schedule.

Booking guidelines
Visits take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an approximate duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Bookings are subject to agenda availability, and schedules may be adjusted according to group needs.

The date and time of the visit must be respected. Failure to do so may result in the partial or total cancellation of the visit.
