Webchat Service, a simple, fast, and accessible tool for online assistance.
With this channel, citizens have a more direct way to clarify doubts, obtain useful information, and be directed to the appropriate services — all without leaving home.
The webchat is available 24 hours a day, providing answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs), such as service hours, useful contacts, addresses, and locations of municipal services, among others.
Any question submitted outside service hours will be answered as soon as possible. During working hours (weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), users are assisted by a municipal employee and receive responses immediately. To access it, simply click the Webchat icon in the lower right corner of the page and start the conversation.
This new service is part of the Municipality’s strategy for modernization and digital transformation, aiming to strengthen proximity to citizens and facilitate access to public information.
