Construction Date: 18th century (conjectural)
Main characteristics: 18th-century construction of good quality, whose main features have not yet been erased despite recent deterioration. The quadrangular-plan building has two floors: the ground floor, occupied by the wine cellar and granary, and the upper floor used for housing. On the right end of the building there is a noble staircase, in a single flight, ending in a small porch supported by two columns.
