Main characteristics: Baroque rural manor house with a simple rectangular plan and two long floors. Simple massing with a two-sloped roof. The main façade, facing southwest, has a ground floor that served as a service area, featuring two simple windows. A single-flight staircase provides access to the main entrance. The second floor has three windows with balconies protected by simple wrought-iron railings.
