Detailed Plan Amendment

Public discussion of the proposal to Amend the Detailed Plan for Professor Machado Vilela Avenue, between Praça da República and Rua dos Bombeiros, Rua do Professor, Avenida do Autarca between the Monument to the Autarca, Condestável D. Nuno Álvares Pereira Street on the North and South sides, and the surrounding areas of the Fairground and the Firefighters’ Headquarters.

Following the opening of the public discussion period for the proposal to Amend the Detailed Plan for Professor Machado Vilela Avenue, between Praça da República and Rua dos Bombeiros, Rua do Professor, Avenida do Autarca between the Monument to the Autarca, Condestável D. Nuno Álvares Pereira Street on the North and South sides, and the surrounding areas of the Fairground and the Firefighters’ Headquarters—also referred to as the Detailed Plan for the Area Surrounding the Firefighters’ Headquarters—the period from 27 February 2023 to 24 March 2023 is established for all interested parties to submit complaints, comments, or suggestions regarding the proposed amendment under discussion.

Any complaint, comment, or suggestion must be submitted in writing by the end of the aforementioned period, addressed to the Mayor of the Municipality of Vila Verde, using the appropriate form, which may be obtained at the Municipal Council offices or on this website (https://www.cm-vilaverde.pt).

Interested parties may consult the documents on this website (https://www.cm-vilaverde.pt) or at the Spatial Planning Division of the Vila Verde Municipal Council, during normal office hours.
