Public Discussion of the Proposal for the 2nd Revision of the Vila Verde Municipal Master Plan (PDM)

The public discussion period for the proposal to revise the Vila Verde Municipal Master Plan (PDM) will start next Monday, 29 December 2025.

As stipulated in the notice published in the Diário da República and approved by the municipal executive, during the 50 working-day period, all interested parties may submit “complaints, comments, or suggestions regarding the proposal for the 2nd revision of the Vila Verde PDM.”

Participation in the public discussion will be available at: https://cityhub.cm-vilaverde.pt/#/discussaopublicapdm/home. The platform will remain open until 11 March 2026.

Prior registration as a user will be required to submit complaints or suggestions, which can be done at: https://cityhub.cm-vilaverde.pt/#/portal/auth/register.

Additionally, six clarification sessions will be held in different locations across the municipality to involve all parishes:

• 6 January 2026, 18:00 – Auditorium of Ribeira do Neiva Parish Council
• 6 January 2026, 21:00 – Noble Hall of the Municipal Council
• 7 January 2026, 18:00 – Auditorium of Moure Parish Council
• 7 January 2026, 21:00 – EB 2/3 School of Vila de Prado
• 8 January 2026, 18:00 – Vade Parish Council building in Penascais
• 8 January 2026, 21:00 – Coucieiro Parish Council building

Interested parties may consult the documents related to the 2nd revision of the PDM, the opinion of the Northern Regional Coordination and Development Commission, and other documentation online on the platform or in person at the Spatial Planning Division of the Vila Verde Municipal Council during regular office hours.
