Within the scope of the Quality Management System (QMS), the Municipality carries out the periodic evaluation of key suppliers, namely those whose provision of goods or services has the greatest impact on the delivery of municipal services and on the development of activities. This evaluation is conducted based on previously defined criteria, which allow for the analysis of supplier performance across different dimensions, such as compliance with deadlines, conformity of products/services, responsiveness to complaints, commercial conditions, among others.
The document attached presents the evaluation criteria used, as well as the respective scoring and classification methodology, ensuring transparency and consistency in the evaluation process and contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided.
