Investment Support Applications

The Municipality of Vila Verde makes available to economic agents, through its online services, the Single Service Desk or the Citizen Shops, the possibility of submitting applications for benefits to support investment, namely for the exemption or reduction of:

Municipal fees, allowing application for exemption or reduction of the amount of municipal fees due for administrative assessment and issuance of urban planning permits related to the approval of urbanization and building operations and their respective use.

Municipal surcharge (derrama), for a maximum period of 5 years, to entities that in the previous year established themselves in the municipality and that have demonstrably created at least 3 jobs under permanent employment contracts, and to entities that in the previous year have demonstrably created at least 5 new jobs in the municipality under permanent employment contracts.

IMI, Municipal Property Tax on urban properties, deriving from properties exclusively allocated to the project recognized as being of municipal public interest to be carried out within the Municipality.

IMT, Municipal Tax on the Transfer of Property, exclusively allocated to the project recognized as being of municipal public interest to be carried out within the Municipality.
